Drive Change Learning and Resource Centre (DLRC) is a progressive K-12,  National Education Policy (NEP) complaint learning center located in Pune. The campus is designed with eco-friendly elements such as bamboo and wood classrooms and hosts vibrant spaces such as three libraries, science lab, design lab, two playgrounds, an amphitheater, music room, and much more. DLRC fosters holistic growth through immersive, experiential nature-based learning with head, heart, and hands.

 

DLRC's second campus will begin in May 2025 in Nande.

Role: Personal Admin for the Founders

​

Role Description


Manage schedules, meetings, and correspondence for the founders. Handle documentation, emails, and event coordination. Maintain confidentiality and ensure timely task completion.

Qualifications

​

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • 2-3 years of administrative experience

  • Excellent organizational skills.

​​​Role: Content, Website, and Media Developer

​

Role Description

Develop and manage engaging content for the website, social media, and campaigns. Oversee website updates and collaborate on branding initiatives.

​​

Qualifications

​

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s in Communication or Design

  • 2-3 years of relevant experience.

  • Strong digital and language skills.

​

Role: Admission and Outreach Coordinator

​

Role Description

​

Manage the admission process, represent DLRC at outreach events, and build relationships with prospective families.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s in Communication or Marketing.

  • 2-3 years of relevant experience.​

Role:  Art Teacher

 

Role Description

​

Conduct classes across levels, inspire creativity, and lead art projects and exhibitions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s in Fine Arts.

  • 2-3 years of teaching or professional art experience.

Role: Sports Teacher (Female)

​

Role Description

​

Lead physical education and sports programs, promote teamwork, and organize events.

​

Qualifications

​

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s in Physical Education.

  • 2-3 years of teaching experience, and strong coaching skills.

Role: Design Lab Facilitator

​

Role Description

​

Facilitate hands-on projects in the Design Lab, encouraging creativity, problem-solving, and innovation.
Mentor students in using tools, materials, and techniques for prototyping and crafting.
Collaborate on cross-curricular projects and foster a maker mindset.

​

Qualifications

​

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Science, Design, Engineering, or related fields.

  • 2-3 years of experience in maker spaces, fabrication, or design labs.

  • Proficiency in using tools like 3D printers, CNC machines, and hand tools. Strong mentoring and technical skills are essential.​​

Role: English Teachers – Primary, Middle, and High School

​

Role Description​

​

Primary: Teach foundational language skills, phonics, and storytelling.
Middle: Focus on grammar, writing, and comprehension with interactive lessons.
High: Focus on language development and experience with the Cambridge syllabus.

  • Master’s degree in English

  • 2-3 years of teaching experience, and a flair for creative instruction.
