DLRC’s educational approach aims to go beyond textbook learning and standard examination scores. We view education as a dynamic ongoing process. We strive to prepare students with a curriculum that is recognised internationally while providing real-world experiences that prepare them for the future. Our unique vision makes DLRC one of the most progressive learning spaces in Pune.

Redefining Education with the Cambridge Approach
As an educational institution, DLRC has a modern curriculum which surpasses conventional educational methods. The Cambridge curriculum seeks to boost a student’s curiosity and differs from memorisation-based education. It is focused on encouraging critical thinking with problem-solving abilities and provides global perspectives to students in the twenty-first century.
Such an approach empowers students to gain control over their educational experience and helps them develop essential skills to face upcoming academic and life challenges. The curriculum maintains both structure and adaptability, enabling students to pursue their interests alongside achieving rigorous academic benchmarks.
Your child deserves an education that meets global standards, and the IGCSE and A-level examinations ensure just that. At DLRC, eight batches have graduated out of Grade 12, securing admission to reputed colleges all over India and the world.
Beyond Books: Real-World Learning in Action
Learning at DLRC is not limited to the textbook. While the Cambridge method is academically rigorous, DLRC provides learning experiences outside the classroom that allow and encourage students to apply what they have learnt in real life. In this way, students learn to appreciate the relevance of the education that they are receiving, thus preparing them for the challenges that they may face in the future.

Our eco-friendly and fully sustainable campus provides an ideal learning environment, encouraging students to understand that they are earth citizens who have a stake in protecting and conserving nature. DLRC is a zero-trash zone. We have bio-toilets, a biogas plant, a vermicompost pit, rainwater harvesting and a farm that produces everything from tomatoes to broccoli! Our structures are built from repurposed wood, and some of our open classrooms even have trees growing through them. Growing up in such an environment inspires students to come up with projects that link classroom knowledge to environmental problems so they can witness firsthand the impact their actions create. The DLRC platform enables students to resolve genuine environmental problems by using eco-conscious structural and sustainable design operations.

Our student-led TED talks, Social Impact Project (SIP) and internships allow students to share and acquire practical knowledge and gain insights that go beyond academics.
Our focus is on transforming education into an active form of engagement. Students are no longer passive learners; rather, they actively participate in skill and knowledge co-creation. As a result, students become well-equipped, self-assured, and ready to embrace opportunities and challenges not only academically but in all spheres of life.
Shaping Thinkers and Doers
At DLRC, we aim to cultivate students who can think, act, and guide well in a world where everything is linked. Through one-on-one conversations and sessions with facilitators, we mentor students on a path to understanding themselves, to find out what they're good at, what they love, and what they want to achieve.

Stewardship is among our core values. We firmly believe all students are capable of driving change, whether in their neighbourhoods, classrooms or communities. We pair stewardship with academic progress, making sure our students have the emotional maturity and skills to do well in the real world. The hours of teamwork they put in when they collaborate on projects, and our facilitation methods that encourage ownership and peer feedback, teach students how to take initiative, make decisions, follow timelines, meet deadlines and achieve targets.
The traditional classroom approach no longer fits current educational requirements, and we understand that. Our learning in the past 10 years has been that education should transcend conventional classroom resources and methods. What young people today need is life-based learning that leads to meaningful impact personally and in other spheres. Our blend of the Cambridge curriculum with unique homegrown methodologies makes DLRC one of Pune’s most progressive learning institutions. We don’t teach our children what to think; we teach them how to think.
